The children have had a  lovely time with the fire brigade. We are learning about keeping safe in the home and what to in case of fire.

Goodbye to Mrs Flaus

Mrs Flaus had a lovely last day in room 1. The children were sad to say goodbye.We  wish Mrs Flaus all the very best for the next few weeks and a speedy recovery

 and will see her back at school next year.

Dream catchers

Room 1 spent the afternoon making dream catchers and Jaylen-Blaze was so excited about it that he went home and wrote about it. Well done Jaylen-Blaze.


Today Room 1 made dream catchers. We made them with paper plates and the we stuck all different kinds of papers on them. We got some wool and tied the wool through the holes. My wool is the fluffiest wool in the world and the colour of the wool is dark brown.

Mufaro's last day

Mufaro had a lovely last day at Windsor North school. We had a delicious shared morning tea. Good luck in your new school in Auckland Mufaro.

Term 3

Welcome back to term 3. Hope you all had a great holiday and enjoyed some family time.

Week 1 Singing.
Please scroll down to the  music label( on the right side) and find assembly songs. You will find  the new songs for this week for our class and the whole school assembly on Friday. This week the children are learning the songs on slide 1 "Happy"  and on  slide 23 "Me te mahi ka ora."
The children are really enjoying singing along to these catchy tunes.
